2. Product Authenticity & Handmade Nature

At Woodpecker Handicrafts, our products are hand-carved and hand-painted.

  • Variations: Because each piece is made by hand, there may be slight variations in color, wood grain, or paint details compared to the product images. These are not defects but a hallmark of authentic handmade artistry.

  • Accuracy: We make every effort to display colors and textures as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be 100% accurate.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Payments: We accept payments through our secure online checkout or via confirmed WhatsApp bank transfers (as applicable). Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier.

  • Woodpecker Handicrafts is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or courier strikes.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our goal is your complete satisfaction.

  • Returns: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@woodpeckerhandicrafts.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

  • Conditions: Items must be returned in their original packaging. We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” due to the custom nature of our handmade items.

All content on this website, including images, logos, product designs, and text, is the property of Woodpecker Handicrafts. You may not reproduce, copy, or sell any portion of our products or website content without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
